We bridge the gap between specialists and budget alternatives, ensuring pets receive high-quality surgical treatment at their trusted VetLove clinic. Our experienced travelling surgeon brings advanced orthopaedic and soft tissue procedures directly to pet owners, minimising stress and maximising outcomes. Dr. Chris Lisowski
Senior Veterinary Surgeon, VetLove Advanced Surgery
I’m proud to bring years of surgical experience and a genuine passion for animal health to VetLove Advanced Surgery. My journey in veterinary medicine has always been driven by a commitment to excellence and the belief that every pet deserves great care.
I have been a Member in the Surgery Chapter of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists since 2023 and hold a Bachelor of Science from Bishop’s University (2002), a Master of Animal Production and Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (2003), and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney (2009).
From the start of my career, surgery within primary practice clinics has been my focus. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships within both primary practice and specialist communities, earning recognition and trust for the quality of my work, outcomes, and communication.
Originally from Canada, I’ve called Australia home since 2005 and Brisbane since 2011. At VetLove Advanced Surgery, I’m honoured to work alongside a team that shares my dedication to animal health and welfare. Together, we aim to make a real difference—one successful surgery at a time.
